Program Highlights
Workshop Sessions: Dive deep into specific topics with two 75-minute Learning/Workshop Sessions (capped at 25 participants per session for an optimal learning space). We have presenters from Charter Schools across the province, and from Organizations, like the APLC, that support the complexity of education today in Alberta.
Certification Opportunity: Participate in the exclusive two-part workshop on "The Brain Story" to earn your certification in this vital research.
Exhibition & Community: Explore the vendor area, also see how other charter schools are creating unique learning pathways, and visit the Communities of Practice booths for possible cohorts.
Hospitality & Swag: Enjoy the SUNTERRA breakfast treats and complimentary beverages along with a fully catered lunch (with dietary considerations). When you arrive, we have a swag bag and when leaving, possible door prizes.
Pre-Conference Social: Arriving early? Join us for a social gathering the evening before on Thursday, October 22nd. Details to come.
How to Register
Keep an eye on your inbox! A formal digital registration and payment portal, managed by the APLC, will open in early September 2026. Because sessions are capped at 25 attendees based on classroom size, registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. You will have until October 9th to register.
Let’s empower learners to discover the environments, pedagogies, and pathways that ignite their unique potential. See you in the Charterverse!
